From Bootle Strand will be as normal route to Aigburth Vale.

From Liverpool will be as normal route to Lydiate/Southport.
From Southport/Lydiate will be as normalroute to Walton Vale then via Orrell Lane, Moss Lane, Northfield Road, Southport Road, Aintree Road then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Hornby Road and a section of Aintree Road).
